Samuel B. earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Project Management and is currently working towards his MBA with specialization in Human Resources Management. Sam has over four years of experience in Human Resources Consultancy and Capacity Building.
Working alongside other Consultants from different fields, Sam has partnered with government agencies, multinationals and indigenous organizations to deliver multiple Human Resources & Management Consulting initiatives across multiple sectors of the Nigerian economy. He has handled a couple of HR & Management consulting projects for several leading organisations and these include United Nations Development Program, Unilever Plc, The Lagos State Government.
His Consulting and Professional Services stands him in good stead to oversee talent sourcing, business partnering, organisational development and corporate communications. In the course of his career, he has managed over a hundred employees across seven (7) states in Nigeria, reviewing hundreds of application documents in the process.
